The severe storm moving into our area is expected to coincide with the ending of tonight’s (Saturday, March 15) Atlanta Master Chorale concert. To ensure the safety of our guests, choir members, and staff in getting home, tonight’s concert and Livestream of Pathways with AMC are canceled.
We regret that this wonderful performance will not take place as well as any inconvenience this causes. Ticket holders may exchange their tickets to An Evening With Mozart on May 2 or 3, transfer their tickets to a donation in support of Atlanta Master Chorale, or receive an account credit or refund. The box office will be open to handle your ticket transactions on Monday at noon.

“Is there another way to get there?” For anyone faced with the regular lane closures, bridge work, and general congestion of Atlanta traffic, this is a common and often-asked question. Many of us have a GPS app on our phones that has a special button to push to query alternate routes to our destination.
This question might also apply to our lives in ways that go well beyond our daily frustrations with traffic. In his famous poem, The Road Not Taken, Robert Frost ponders how different his life might have been if he chosen the other path. Even if we are fortunate enough to know where we are headed, we may not be sure what path to take to get there.
This concert will encourage us to set out on a journey. Who knows where the music will take us?
